摘　　要：目的:总结中药外治黄褐斑经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体阐述。结果:自拟疏肝补血消斑散、化瘀消斑汤、滋阴化瘀汤、清热解毒化湿汤、祛斑增白散、温补化瘀汤诸方外用治疗黄褐斑,直达病所,疗效肯定,彰显中药外治优势。结论:中药外治黄褐斑疗效肯定。Objective ： To summarize ZHOU Baokuan＇s clinical experience on chloasma by external treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： Discuss principles, methods, formulae and medicinals of hypomnesia based on medical records. Results ： The prescription for external application were modified Shugan Buxue Xiaoban decoction, modified Huayu Xiaoban decoction, modified Ziyin Huayu decoction, modified Qingre Jiedu Huashi decoction, Qieban Zhenbai San, Wenbu Huayu decoction, were given for chloasma, the treatment can introduce the drug to the affected area, and shows a better therapeutic effect for chloasma, and shows advantage of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusions ： External treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine shows a better therapeutic effect for chloasma.
