参七消痞颗粒镇痛作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参七消痞颗粒(SQ)的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法、醋酸扭体法建立小鼠疼痛模型,观察参七消痞颗粒对热板法所致小鼠出现舔后足时间(痛阈值)及醋酸扭体法所致小鼠扭体次数(20 min内)的影响。结果:参七消痞颗粒高、中、低各剂量组在20 min内扭体次数均显著小于模型组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:参七消痞颗粒具有外周镇痛作用。Objective ： To study the analgesic effect of Shenqi Xiaopi Grenules （ SQ ） .Methods ： The pain response on mice was induced by thermal plate and acetic acid, and the pain threshold in the thermal plate testing and the writhing times within 20 minutes in acetic acid twisting testing were observed. Results ： Compared with the model group, the high, medium, low dose groups of SQ could reduce the writhing times of mice （ P〈0.01 or P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： SQ has an peripheral analgesic effect.
