摘  要:目的:建立同时测定射干提取物中鸢尾苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、野鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素及白射干素6种有效成分含量的HPLC法。方法:采用KromasilC18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),流动相为乙腈和0.5%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL/min;检测波265nm。结果:鸢尾苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、野鸢尾黄素、次野鸢尾黄素及白射干素线性范围分别是:0.3188~1.9129μg(r=0.9910),0.1156~0.5782μg(r=0.9998),0.0633~0.3164μg(r=0.9990),0.4146~2.0730μg(r=0.9991),0.0818~0.4091μg(r=0.991),0.0458~0.2291μg(r=0.9990),对照品线性关系良好,各对照品的平均回收率分别为:97.44%、98.29%、97.41%、98.01%、98.34%、96.73%。结论:该方法准确、可靠、重现性好可用于射干提取物的质量控制。Objective: The research aimed to establish a method for the content determination of six kinds of active components such as tectoridin, iridin, teetorigenin, irigenin irisflorentin and dichotomitin. The contents of active compontents were determined by HPLC. Method : HPLC method was established with Kromasil Cls column ( 5 μ m ,4.6 mm x 200 mm ) and a mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.5% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 265 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃ . Result : The linearity ranges of tectoridin, iridin, tectorigenin, irigenin, irisflorentin and dichotomitin were 0.3188btgto 1.91291*g (r=0.9910),0.1156 μgto 0.5782 μg (r=0.9998),0.0633 μgto 0.3164 μg (r=0.9990),0.4146 μg to 2.0730 μg (r=0.9991),0.0818 μg to 0.4091 μg (r=0.991)and 0.0458 μg to 0.2291 μ g ( r=0.9990 ), respectively.The average recoveries ( n=5 )were 97.44%, 98.29%, 97.41%, 98.01%, 98.34% and 96.73%. Conclusion : This method is accurate, reliable and with good repro-dueibility. It can be used for the quality control of the ethanol extract of Belameanda chinensis.
