摘  要:目的:测定北细辛、汉城细辛和华细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量,为其临床安全用药提供实验依据。方法:以马兜铃酸A为对照,采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为390 nm。结果:马兜铃酸A浓度在3.0~30.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内与吸收度呈良好线性关系,Y=19.844X+0.0272(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.84%,RSD为0.97%。三种细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量为0.17%~0.35%,以汉城细辛最低,华细辛最高。结论:本方法操作简便,重复性好,精密度高,可用于细辛中总马兜铃酸的含量测定。Objective : To determine the content of total aristolochic acid in Asarum heterotropoides Fr.Var.mandshurium, Asarum sieboldii Miq.Var.eoulense Nakai and sarum Sieboldii Miq, and provide the basis for clinical application of asarum. Methods : The ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used with aristoloehie acid A as the chemical reference.The UV detector wavelength was 390 nm. Results : The content of aristolochic acid A showed a linear relation with the spectrophotometric absorbance within the range of 3.0 μg·mL-1to 30.0 μg·mL-1, and the linear equation was Y=19.844X+0.0272 ( r=0.9996 ) .The average recoverT was 97.84%, and RSD was 0.97%.Their total aristolochic acid content varied from 0.17% to 0.35%.h was the lowest in Asarum sieboldii Miq.Var.eoulense Nakai and the highest in Asarum sieholdii Miq. Conclusion : The method is simple, repeatable and suitable for determining the content of the total aristolochic acid in Asarum.
