中医治疗类风湿性关节炎研究进展

摘　　要：目的:通过对现代医家对类风湿性关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)病因病机的认识及其治疗的系列方法、方剂进行归纳性的回顾,探讨其治疗的临床思维。方法:选取近20年的核心医学期刊和相关的中医药书籍,从中收集中医论治RA的方法,综合论述目前中医药治疗RA的研究进展。结果:中医对类风湿性关节炎病因病机的认识主要为:肝肾不足、气血亏虚、外感风寒湿热、痰瘀互结、伏邪致痹;RA的治疗大致有辨证分型论治、专方应用、宣发膜原法等。意义:通过总结历代医家治疗RA的临床思维,了解目前中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎获得的研究成果,并发现其不足,以深入研究,补充和完善中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎的这一理论。Objective ： Through the inductive review of the modem traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） doctors＇ knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis, series of treatment, prescriptions for rheumatoid arthritis （ RA ）, to explore its therapeutic clinical thinking. Methods ： The Chinese core medical journals and books of the recent 20 years related to TCM were slected for collecting therapeutic method of TCM theory of RA to comprehensively discuss the research progress of TCM treatment of RA. Results ： The knowledge of TCM for etiology and pathogenesis of RA were mainly as follows ： deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency of qi and blood.The evils of wind, cold, dampness and heat, phlegm and blood stasis, incubated diseases.The treatment for RA mainly includes dialectical treatment, post-party applications and Xuanfa original film method. Significance ： By summing up the modern TCM doctors＇ therapeutic clinical thinking of RA, we can learn the research progress and shortage of TCM treatment of RA for further studys of it.
