玉屏风散合六君子汤对慢性支气管炎肺气虚证大鼠TNF-α及IL-10的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察玉屏风散合六君子汤对实验性大鼠慢性支气管炎肺气虚证的防治作用。方法:将40只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、玉屏风散合六君子汤组、人参保肺丸阳性药物对照组。采用烟熏7周复制慢性支气管炎肺气虚证模型,两中药防治组造模同时分别给予玉屏风散合六君子汤和人参保肺丸浓缩液灌胃7周,然后取各组大肺组织,分别检测TNF-α、IL-10。结果:与正常对照组相比,模型组TNF-α阳性表达显著升高(P<0.01),平均吸收光密度出现下降(P<0.05),IL-10阳性表达面积出现降低(P<0.01),平均光密度出现升高(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,两中药防治组TNF-α的阳性表达面积出现显著下降(P<0.05),平均吸收光密度出现升高(P<0.05)。IL-10阳性表达面积都出现显著升高(P<0.05),平均吸收光密度显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:玉屏风散合六君子汤在慢性支气管炎肺气虚证的发生和发展中对炎性细胞因子具有调节作用。Objective ： To observe the preventive effect of Jade Screen Powder combined with Six Gentlemen Decoction on experimental rat chronic bronchitis of lung Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods ： 40 healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, Jade Screen Powder combined with Six Gentlemen Decoction group, Ginseng Protecting Lung Pill control group. The smoked 7 weeks replication was used to establish the Qi deficiency of chronic bronchitis model. Two Chinese medicine groups were treated with Jade Screen Powder combined with Six Gentlemen Decoction and Ginseng Protecting Lung Pill by gavaging for 7 weeks, and then from lung tissue of each group, respectively, TNF- α and IL-10 were detected. Resuhs： Compared with normal control group, model group, positive expression of TNF-α was increased significantly （ P〈0.01 ）, and the average optical density absorption was decreased （ P〈0.05 ）. The positive expression of IL-10 was decreased （ P〈0.01 ）, and the average optical density was increased （P〈0.05）. Compared with the model group, the two Chinese medicine prevention groups＇ TNF-α expressions were decreased significantly （ P〈0.05 ）, the average absorption optical density increased （ P〈0.05 ）. The positive expressions of IL-10 were increased significantly （ P〈0.05 ）, and the average absorption optical density was decreased significantly （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The occurrence and development of Jade Screen Powder combined with Six Gentlemen Decoction on chronic bronchitis and lung Qi deficiency of inflammatory cytokines play a role in the regulation.
