温针灸循经筋规律阿是穴治疗膝骨性关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察循经筋规律阿是穴温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择114例膝骨性关节炎患者纳入观察,将其随机分为治疗组(57例)与对照组(57例)。治疗组采用经筋规律阿是穴温针灸治疗,对照组采用常规取穴针刺治疗。疗程均为30 d。结果:经治疗,治疗组临床13例,显效24例,有效17例,无效3例,总有效率为94.7%;对照组临床治愈6例,显效21例,有效20例,无效10例,总有效率为82.5%。治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经筋规律阿是穴温针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of KOA with warm needling through the meridians A-shi points. Method： 1 14 patients with knee osteoarthritis met the inclusion criteria were randomly allocated to treatment group （ 57 cases ） and control group （ 57 cases ） .Treatment group was treated with warm needling through the meridians A-shi points while control group with the common acupuncture treatment.The period of the treatment was both 30 days. Result： In the treatment group, 13 cases were cured, significantly effective in 24 cases, effective in 17 cases, no effective in 3 eases.The total effective rate was 94.7%.In the control group, 6 eases were cured, significantly effective in 21 eases, effective in 20 cases, no effective in 10 cases, and the total effective rate was 82.5%.The efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion ： The efficacy of KOA with warm needling through the meridians A-shi aenpoints is effective and it is worthy of clinical use.
