摘  要:对湖北兴山某COD值较高的煤系高岭土进行了低温煅烧试验研究。结果表明,在425℃情况下煅烧0.5 h,COD值可从1.005 6×10-2降至2.523×10-3,满足玻璃纤维用高岭土对COD值的要求。煅烧前后产品的XRD和红外图谱对比分析表明:低温煅烧不仅能有效去除高岭土原料中绝大部分的有机质,降低产品的COD值,还能有效地保存原料中绝大部分的结构水,确保玻纤配料的活性和微区搅拌功能,同时提高产品的有序度。A low-temperature calcination test of coal-series Kaolin with high COD from Xingshan of Hubei Province was studied. The results showed that the COD value was reduced from 1.0056×10^-2 to 2.523×10^-3 when the kaolin was roasted for 0.5 h at 425 ℃ , which met the requirement of glass fiber for kaolin on COD. Contrasting and analyzing the XRD and IR spectra of product before and after calcinations,it is showed that low-temperature calcination not only could remove most of organic material from kaolin to reduce the COD value, but also can effectively save the vast constitution water in kao-lin, which could ensure the activity of glass fiber material and the mixing function of micro area, and moreover improve the order degree of product.
