摘  要:我国石煤提钒工业中普遍存在的入料钒品位低、矿石处理量大、酸耗高、钒回收率低等问题是制约我国石煤提钒工业发展的关键问题,因而对含钒石煤进行选矿预富集具有重要意义。在对石煤矿物组成和钒赋存状态分析的基础上,归纳总结了国内外选矿预富集工艺技术的发展成果,指出含钒石煤单一浮选、单一重选、重浮联选、分级擦洗工艺是目前解决制约我国石煤提钒工业发展问题的有效工艺。最后强调指出含钒石煤预富集工艺应力求简单,以降低整个生产工艺成本为准则,做到整体经济效益与环境效益的统一;预富集阶段应重视对后续提钒影响较大的杂质的剔除、新型高效浮选药剂的开发和微细粒含钒矿物浮选设备的研制。In China, problems of low vanadium grade and large throughput, high acid consumption and low vanadium recovery existing in vanadium extraction technology are the key factors in restricting its development. So the study of vanadi- um pre-concentration technology from vanadium-bearing stone coal has important significance. According to the technologies and practices introduced in some literatures, the process of single flotation, single gravity concentration, gravity-notation sep- aration and classification-scrubbing separation for vanadium-bearing stone coal are effective process to solve the problems which restrict the industrial development of vanadium extraction from stone coal based on the study and analysis of mineral compositions and vanadium occurrence in our country. Finally,it is stressed that the process for vanadium pre-concentration from stone coal should be simple under the principle of low production costs, unified with the environmental benefits in eco- nomic benefits. Separation of contaminations which have strong effect on the subsequent extraction technology, development of new flotation reagents and application of new equipment for treating fine vanadium-bearing minerals also should be taken seriously in the stage of vanadium pre-concentration.
