摘  要:叶栅稠密度是轴流泵设计中的重要参数之一,为研究其取值对泵性能的影响,基于升力法以三种不同的叶栅稠密度组合设计了符合设计参数的模型,推导了叶栅几何参数和泵性能参数的关系,采用数值分析方法,比较了各模型的内流特征及外特性,结果表明:三个模型内流场分布规律相差较小,当叶栅稠密度增大时,叶片静压变化更加均匀,效率有所增加,同时最优工况点向小流量偏移,但叶片进口边有较强的液流冲击。Blading density degree is one of the important parameters in axial pump design. For researching the effect of blading density degree on the performance of the pump, three models with different blading density degrees were designed by lifting design method and all of them can meet the design objectives. Then this article derived the relationship between geometric parameters and energy parameters of the pump. After that, numerical simulations were implemented for models to compare the internal flow characteristics and external characteristics. The simulation results showed that the flow distribution law of three models had no much difference and, with the increase of blading density degree, blade static pressure distribution became more reasonable and efficiency increased, while the optimal operating point offset to the small flow. However, there was a strong fluid impinging occurred at the edge of the blade inlet.
