摘 要:相变浆体在蓄能和温度控制等方面有重要应用。本文通过改进等效比热模型,在定热流边界条件下,对典型相变浆体(包括相变微胶囊浆体和四丁基溴化铵水合物浆体)在管内的层流对流换热建立了数学物理模型并进行了数值计算得出了相变浆体在不同加热量、初始浆体浓度和质量流量条件下管内沿程温度变化,与实验结果进行了对比并分析了各参数对流动换热的影响。Phase change material slurries have important applications in the fields of energy storage and temperature control. In this study, we improved the equivalent specific heat model, and then proposed a heat transfer model and numerically investigated the laminar convective heat transfer of typical phase change material slurries: including microencapsulated phase change material slurry (MPCS) and tetra-n-butyl ammonium bromide (TBAB) clathrate hydrate slurry (CHS). The variation of the temperatures along the tubes were obtained under different heating powers, initial mass fractions and mass flow rates. The experimental results were used to validate the numerical model and the effects of the different initial parameters were discussed.
