摘 要:从用水户的角度出发,引入顾客满意理论,研究提出了农村饮水安全工程用水户满意度评价方法,包括指标体系、权重确定方法和综合评价方法。以江苏北部地区典型工程为例进行问卷调查和计算分析,指出了工程建设与运行管理中的薄弱环节,并提出了针对性建议。Access to safe drinking water is vital for human health and development. China has been investing in a massive construction of drinking water infrastructure because safe drinking water is not available to its rural population. The effective management is a key factor on the sustainable operation of these infrastructures. Based on the customer satisfaction theory, a water user's satisfaction e- valuation method is proposed including the index system, weight value calculation and comprehensive evaluation method. A case study of several typical projects in the north of Jiangsu Province illustrates the methodology. The weaknesses and problems in the construction and operation management of these projects are analyzed on the calculation of water users' satisfaction indicators. This paper also puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
