摘  要:基于梯级水电站实时优化运行准则,综合考虑厂间联合避开振动区、防止负荷大面积转移、出力爬坡限制等因素,提出了用于厂间AGC系统进行负荷实时优化分配的模型,给出了模型求解算法及其关键问题的解决策略。根据大渡河下游瀑布沟、深溪沟梯级电站的实际生产需求,利用Visual Studio.NET 2010、Web Services和SQL Server数据库技术,采用C#编程语言开发出了相应的3层C/S结构的梯级水电站厂间AGC系统。详细介绍了系统结构、运行方式及其功能,模拟运行结果令人满意。On the basis of the principles of real-time optimal operation of cascade hydropower stations and the consideration of avoi- ding vibration regions and prevention of large load transfer, output ramping up/down rate limits and other constraints, a model used for load real-time optimal allocation among cascaded hydropower stations by the automatic generation control(AGC)system was pro- posed. Moreover, a utility operation algorithm for the model and the strategies of some key technology problems in the solving process were giverL According to the actual production requirements of Pubugou and Shenxigou stations in the lower reaches of the Dadu River, an automatic generation control system based on three-layer C/S structure among cascaded hydropower stations was de- veloped by Visual Studio. NET 2010, Web Services, SQL Serve Database and C # programming language. The system design, struc- ture, function and method were elaborated, and she simulated results were satisfying.
