摘 要:随着变极调速同步电机的研发成功,人们对变角加变速的"双速双调"机组技术及应用的要求非常迫切。在指出当前机组选型面临的困难及问题的同时,研究了水泵选型、机组2档转速及其切换临界扬程的确定方法,最后给出应用实例,提出有关建议。分析指出:机组2档转速的确定应分别以泵站设计工况和多年平均运行工况或有明确用途的2种设计工况为依据,转速切换临界扬程位于泵站设计扬程和多年平均运行扬程之间,且须通过优化确定。通过变速,可使泵的通用性能曲线图中1个高效区变成2个高效区,它与叶片调节配合,不仅扩大了泵的工作范围,而且可使机组在泵站设计工况和多年平均运行工况都能处在最佳的运行状态。According to the success of the research and development for variable pole adjustable speed synchronous motor, people's re- quirements are rather urgent on the technology and application for variable angle and speed of the "double speed adjustable" unit. The principle and requirements of unit selection points out the difficulties and problems we have faced at present, on the basis of the research for the methods to determine the pump selection which unites two stall speed and the switching critical head, then applica- tion example and relevant suggestion is given. Analysis pointed out.. the pump unit's two stall speed should be determined respective- ly by the pumping station design condition and the average years of operation or both kinds of design conditions, the critical speed for switching head is located between the design head of pumping station and mean running head, and shall be determined by practical optimization. By speed shifting, universal performance curves of the pump's efficient area can plus from one to two, when such func- tion is combined with adjustable, not only expanding the scope of work area on pumps, but also running state in the pumping station design condition and the average years of operation become available.
