摘  要:本文介绍了一种应用于太赫兹波段的傅里叶变换光谱仪(FTS),其工作频率范围0.3~1.5THz,所能测量的最高频率为30THz,最高分辨率可达到750MHz.文章使用超导Niobium Nitride(NbN)Hot Electron Bolometer(HEB)混频器做检测器,利用该系统获得了超导HEB混频器的中频带宽,并通过测量不同本振频率下HEB系统的响应,得到HEB芯片对不同本振频率的频率响应,所测得结果与理论值符合较好.为了减少误差,文章引入了自准直系统,使用固态太赫兹源测试改进后系统的稳定性和信噪比,得到其频谱,发现改进后测量的结果更稳定,且信噪比提高了45.2%.We introduce Fourier transform spectrometer system for terahertz applications in this paper. The sys- tem can measure the frequency of up to 30 THz, with the highest resolution being 750 MHz and the working fre- quency ranging from 0.3THz to 1.5THz. We obtained the bandwidth of intermediate frequency (IF) of supercon- ducting NbN HEB mixer using the system. Moreover, we also measured the system response using multiple local oscillation (LO) frequencies and got the response of the HEB chip as a function of the frequency of local oscillator, which agreed relatively well with the calculated values. In order to minimize the error occurred in measurement, we improved the performance of the system by introducing automatic alignment system. The improved system was sub- sequently tested using a solid terahertz source. The measured results are much more stable and have 45.2% higher signal to noise ratio (SNR) after such an introduction.
