摘 要:采用固相反应法,制备出一系列SmCo1-x Ni x AsO(x=0,0.1,0.15,0.2,0.25)多晶样品.XRD测试结果表明所有样品均为单相,且具有ZrCuSiAs型四方结构,随着掺杂量的增加,晶格参数a逐渐增加,c逐渐减小.磁性测量结果表明,低掺杂量样品在5K^300K之间先后经历了反铁磁-铁磁-顺磁的磁性转变,随着掺杂量的增加,反铁磁转变温度降低,铁磁转变温度也向低温方向移动,表明样品的反铁磁性、铁磁性逐渐被抑制.M^H曲线表明,在反铁磁转变温度以下,随着磁场的增加发生了由反铁磁到铁磁性的变磁性转变,且随着掺杂量的增加,在同一温度下的转变磁场变小.在掺杂量x=0.25时,反铁磁转变温度降低到11K,仍能观察到变磁性转变.A series of polycrystalline sample SmCo1-xNixAsO(x = 0, 0. 1,0. 2,0. 25) was prepared by solid- state reaction method. X-ray diffraction patterns indicate that all the samples have formed the ZrCuSiAs-type struc- ture. The increases of the lattice constant a and decreases of c were observed with increased amount of doping. Mag-netic measurement results show that complicated magnetism consists of antiferromagnetic, ferromagnetic and para- magnetic has been observed between 5 K and 300 K. With increasing Ni content, antiferromagnetic and ferromag- netic order of SmCoAsO was suppressed. M^H curves show that metamagnetie transition has been detected below their antiferromagnetic transition temperature for all samples, and metamagnetic transition field decrease with in- creasing Ni content. When Ni content reaches to 0. 25, antiferromagnetic transition temperature is about 11K and metamagnetic transition can still be observed.
