摘  要:采用原位粉末套管(in-situ PIT)技术制备了不同芯数(单芯、6芯、12芯)、不同金属包套材料(Nb包套、Fe包套)的MgB2超导线材.在手套箱中氩气气氛下按照Mg:B=1:2的化学计量比配制粉末并混合研磨30min,研磨好的粉末分别装入Nb/Cu复合管和Fe/Cu复合管中,拉拔至各种尺寸后在铜管中重新组装6芯和12芯并加工到最终尺寸,将该样品在680℃烧结1.5小时.通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察样品的微观结构,采用四引线法测量了样品不同磁场下的超导临界电流(Ic).样品室温时的拉伸性能显示Fe包套的加工性能没有Nb包套好,而Nb包套12芯线的力学性能最好,其屈服强度和抗拉强度都比较大.MgB2 superconductor wires with different filaments (mono-, 6-, and 12-filaments) and different sheath metal materials (Nb and Fe) were fabricated by the in-situ powder-in-tube (PIT) technique. The precursor powder was mixed according to the mole ratio of Mg : B= 1 : 2 and ground for 30 minutes in glove box at argon atmos- phere. The mixture powder was filled in Nb/Cu and Fe/Cu composite tubes. Then the filled composite tube was drawn to various sizes in diameter and rebuilt in the Cu tube with 6- and 12-filamentary, which were drawn to the last size. Samples were annealed at 680℃ for 1.5hours. The microstructure of samples was observed by scanning e- lectron microscope (SEM). The critical current under different magnetic field was measured by four probe method. The tensile properties at room temperature show that the Nb sheath metal materialhas better mechanical properties than the Fe sheath metal material and the 12-filamentary sample with Nb sheath possesses a higher yield strength and tensile strength than other samples.
