摘 要:三峡升船机纵导向升降施工平台是用于三峡升船机纵向导轨金属结构安装及其二期混凝土施工的载人升降机械设备。根据平台的设计原理及相关技术特性,提出了研究其动态特性的有限元方法,并对平台整体进行了模态分析,得到平台在不同工况下的前6阶固有频率,将计算结果与平台升降过程中所产生的激振频率相比较,验证了该平台初始设计升降速度是安全合理的,表明这一新型施工机械设备可安全运行。The vertical orientation lifting construction platform for Three Gorges ship lift is employed as manned lifting equipment in the installation of vertical orientation metal structure and the construction of second-stage concrete. Based on the design principle and related technical characteristics of platform, a finite element method to study the dynamic characteristics of platform is proposed. The first 6 extended natural frequencies of structure in different operation conditions are got through modal analysis. The security of initial designed speed of platform is verified by the comparison between the natural frequencies and excitation frequencies caused by platform lifting. The study provides technical support for the safe operation of this new construction equipment.
