摘　　要：提出基于知识管理的公共危机动态控制策略,在总结以往公共危机管理模式的基础上,构建危机知识库,引入关联规则挖掘思想、关联事例属性特征对比分析法、SWOT决策思想,解决危机预警环节、危机识别环节、危机决策环节的知识管理问题。另外,论文以吉林市为实例,实证研究基于知识管理的动态控制策略。By creating a kind of dynamic control tactics of public crisis based on knowledge management.we summarize the formerly models of public crisis management,then devise a crisis repository,and we introduce association rule mining technology,attribute of correlate case analysis,SWOT decision-making technique,to handle the knowledge management issue in the procedure of crisis warning,crisis identification and decision-making.In addition,we take Jilin as an instance,to demonstrate the tactics.
