香港公共图书馆系统的信息资源建设研究

摘　　要：香港公共图书馆系统实行高度一体化的信息资源建设模式,由香港特别行政区政府资助建设,根据不同层次的读者需求建立了合理的图书馆组织结构,实现了信息资源建设的集中化。大陆地区的公共图书馆服务体系可借鉴香港的做法,成立信息资源建设委员会,实行信息资源的分层配置和统采统编,实施信息资源建设流程控制,设立贮存图书馆,加强信息资源建设评估。Hong Kong public library system implements highly integrated mode of the information resource construction. It is funded by Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, has set up the reasonable library organization structure according to readers＇ requirements with different levels, the realized the centralization of the information resource construction. Following measures are worth using for reference to the public library service system in mainland： establishing the information resource construction committee, implementing layered configurations, unified purchase and unified cataloguing of information resources, implementing process control of the information resoume construcUon, establishing storage libraries, strengthening the information resource construction assessment.
