摘　　要：随着公安机关"金盾工程"的推进,电子笔录系统得到了极大的推广应用,但也不可避免地产生各种数据安全问题。深入分析公安机关电子笔录系统数据安全的概念,进而剖析影响电子笔录系统数据安全的因素,并提出相应的策略和建议,为公安机关电子笔录系统数据安全运行提供有效支持。Along with the advancement of public security organs ＂Golden Shield Project＂ ,the electronic record software system has great popularization and application,but also inevitably produce variety of problem of data security. The article analyzes the concept of the electronic record software system data security,then analyzes the factors of influencing electronic record software system data security and puts forward corresponding strategies and Suggestions which provide effective support for the safe data operation of the public security organs electronic record software system
