摘　　要：目的了解云南省德宏州男男性接触人群(men who have sex with men,MSM)行为特征和艾滋病、性病感染情况。方法在德宏州MSM活动场所和网络共招募MSM 183人,通过面对面访谈收集高危行为信息,艾滋病知识知晓情况,并采集血液标本检测HIV、HCV、梅毒和Ⅱ型疱疹病毒抗体。结果完成调查的146名MSM平均年龄25.34±7.65岁,文化程度在高中以上学历者占77%。艾滋病基本知识总体知晓率95.9%(140/146)。最近6个月与同性发生过肛交性行为的占45.6%(62/136),最近1次与同性发生肛交性行为时使用安全套的比例为75%(54/72)。最近6个月与同性发生肛交性行为时,每次都使用安全套的占45.8%(33/72)。接受检测的MSM中,HIV、HCV、梅毒、Ⅱ型疱疹病毒的感染率分别为10.3%、1.1%、2.3%和3.4%。结论德宏州MSM人群中艾滋病感染率较高,应尽快采取干预措施降低HIV在MSM中的传播。Objective To learn about the behavior characteristics and infection status of HIV and STD among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Dehong.Methods A total of 183 participants were recruited from MSM pubs and internet in Dehong.Data on high risk sexual behaviors as well as knowledge related to HIV / AIDS were collected by face-to-face interview.Blood samples were tested for HIV,HCV,syphilis and Ⅱ type of herpes virus antibodies.Results Among 146 completed questionnaires,the average age was 25.34 ± 7.65 years old.77% of the interviewees graduated from senior high school or above.The proportion of awareness of HIV / AIDS prevention knowledge was 95.9%（140 /146）.45.6%（62 /136） of interviewees had anal sex with male partners over the last 6 months.75%（54 /72） used condom while having anal sex with male partners in the last time.45.8%（33 /72） used condom consistently each time while having anal sex with male partners over last 6 months.The prevalence rates of HIV,HCV,syphilis,and Ⅱ type of herpes virus among the interviewees were10.3%,1.1%,2.3%,and 3.4% respectively.Conclusions The prevalence rate of HIV among MSM in Dehong was high,and specific HIV / AIDS intervention approaches for this population should be carried out urgently.
