摘　　要：目的了解犬咬伤学生的原因,以减少此类事件的发生。方法询问、现场调查并进行犬伤处置。结果全校被咬伤学生9人,其中男性2人、女性7人;均为下肢远端Ⅲ级暴露伤口。结论狂犬病暴露后的规范处置至关重要,对学生的心理疏导和健康教育也不容忽视;学校应严格防范犬只进入,从源头上防止事件的发生。Objective To learn about causes of dog bit students,so as to reduce the occurrence of such events.Methods Inquiry,field investigation and the dog wound disposal were implemented.Results 9 students were bitten,including 2 males and 7 females,who were all distal lower extremity woundⅢexposure.Conclusions Standard management after exposure of rabies is crucial,and psychological guidance and health education for students can not be ignored;The school should strictly guard dogs to enter,thus prevent the occurrence of events from the source.
