摘  要:研究了狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮对大鼠腓肠肌抗氧化能力的影响.24只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为3组:对照组(C组)、运动组(E组)、运动+黄酮组(EF组,按40mg/(kg·d)补充狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮),每组8只.E和EF组大鼠进行为期5周的跑台训练,跑台速度25m/min,坡度为0°.5周后测定大鼠血常规、腓肠肌POD,SDH活性及乳酸含量.结果表明:①与C组比较,E组大鼠Hb,RBC,Hct均显著性降低(P<0.01),WBC含量显著性升高(P<0.05),EF组无明显变化;②补充狗枣猕猴桃叶后大鼠SDH,POD活性显著升高(P<0.01和P<0.05),乳酸含量明显降低(P<0.05).由此可知,狗枣猕猴桃叶黄酮能够提高大鼠骨骼肌POD和SDH的活性,增强机体抗氧化能力;同时有利于加快体内乳酸的清除,延缓运动性疲劳的发生,提高机体的有氧运动能力.The effects of flavonoids from actinidia kolomikta leaves on antioxidation capacity of rats gastrocnemius was investigated. 24 male wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: C group,E group,EF group (supplemented flavonoids from actinidia kolomikta leaves with 40 mg/(kg · d)). The group of E and EF received a treadmill training at 25 m/min,0% grade for 5 weeks. Blood routine,the activity of POD,SDH and lactic acid in gastrocnemius were determined after 5 weeks training. The results showed:(1)The level of Hb ,RBC, Hct in E were significantly decreased (P〈 0.01) and the content of WBC was significantly increased compared with C (P〈0. 05), there was no significant changes in EF group. (2)The activity of POD and SDH in EF were significantly increased (P〈0.01 and P〈0.05),while the content of lactic acid were decreased compared with group E(P〈0.05). The flavonoids from actinidia kolomikta leaves could increase the activity of POD and SDH,and enhance antioxidation capacity of organism,accelerate the clearance of lactic acid,as a result,the sport fatigue of rats were alleviated,which improved the aerobic exercise ability of rats.
