摘  要:分析对比了釜式法和管式法生产低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)的工艺技术,调查了国内LDPE工艺技术特点。结合在管式法LDPE装置上开发通用薄膜、热收缩薄膜、可交联电缆绝缘料、医药包装薄膜用LDPE时,所掌握的长支链和短支链控制技术、相对分子质量调节剂复配使用技术、低溶剂析出物控制技术、窄相对分子质量分布控制技术、洁净化生产技术,探讨了在管式法LDPE装置上开发新产品的方向,确定了在管式法LDPE装置上生产高端薄膜、可交联电缆绝缘料、高端医药包装薄膜及涂覆用LDPE系列产品的生产方针与措施。The authors compared tubular and autoclave process for producing low density polyethylene (LDPE) and investigated characteristics of LDPE technologies in China. The orientations of developing new products in tubular LDPE plants were explored in the light of control technology of long and short branch chains, compounding technology of relative molecular mass modifiers, low solvent precipitation control technology, na- rrow relative molecular mass distribution control technology and clean production technology that were mastered during development of LDPE for general film, heat shrinkable film, crosslinkable cable insulation material and medical packaging film in tubular LDPE plants. The production guidelines and measures were determined to produce LDPE products for high-end film, crosslinkable cable insulation material, high-end medical packaging film and coating in tubular LDPE plants.
