摘　　要：以《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2010)、《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010—2010)为代表的新一批建筑类设计规范自2010年起逐步开始实施。新规范的修订对当地建筑房屋带来诸多影响。通过对某地区标志性建筑基于新老规范下PKPM软件设计成果的对比分析,不仅了解到新规范的实施对混凝土框架结构设计过程中地震作用、内力大小等均带来一定程度的影响,从而使构件的配筋量发生变化,致使该建筑结构构件的配筋无法满足现行规范,还了解到该工程的结构位移比严重不满足要求。With＂code for seismic design of buildings （GB 50011--2010）＂and ＂code for design of concrete structure （GB 50010-2010）＂as the representative o f a new wave of construction design specification since 2010 began to implement step by step. New revision of the specification takes much influence on the local buildings. According Landmark buildings in the region based on the design results under the new and old codes comparison analysis bypkpm.
