重新认知病案利用对医院的价值

摘　　要：目的通过病案利用与医院发展的关系，使之重视病案信息利用。方法采用统计描述中构成比及综合指数法进行比较分析。结果2007--2012年出院病案295612份，利用228232份（77．21％），院内利用192114份（84．17％），其中用于科研187782份（97．88％）；综合指数排位：2012年4．493（优），其次2011年4．323，2007年2．097（差）。结论病案信息利用得出令人惊喜结果；病案具有信息特征，为社会提供病案的备忘、备考、守信和凭证等功能；病案是监控医疗质量的重要参数，所有信息均提供领导层作医院发展决策，是医院发展的保证；使病案发挥价值，实现电子病案、网络系统和高效率现代化管理。Objective To make hospital value the importance of medical record information using through the relations between medical record utilization and hospital development. Methods Composition ratio and synthetic index method of statistical description were adopted for comparative analysis. Results There were 295 612 medical records of discharged patients from 2007 to 2012, in which 228 232（77.21% ） copies were used, 192 114（84. 17% ） were used in the hospital, and 187 782 （97. 88% ） were used for research. For the composite index ranking, in 2012 the index was excellent with 4. 493, followed by 2011 with 4. 323, while in 2007 it was poor with 2. 097. Conclusion The use of medical record information got amazing resuits. Medical records have information features, and they can provide the community with the functions of memo, pro forma, trustworthiness and certificate of medical records. Medical records are the important parameter for monitoring the quality of medi cal care, and all the information provides leadership for the development of the hospital decision-making. They are the guarantee of hospital development. We should make full use of the medical records, implement the electronic medical records, network sys tems, and efficienct modern management.
