腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除手术26例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤切除的临床经验。方法回顾分析2007年3月至2012年3月26例行腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者的临床资料。结果 22例手术成功,其中4例中转开放手术。手术时间70-150 min,平均100 min,术中出血约20-160 ml,平均60 ml,无严重并发症发生。术后住院5-10 d,平均7.8 d。结论腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除手术具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少、康复快、住院时间短等优点,已成为肾上腺肿瘤手术的金标准。Objective To summarize the retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery clinical experience in the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods The clinical data of the 26 patients with adrenal tumors who accepted retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery from Mar.2007 to Mar.2012 was collected and retrospectively analyzed.Results Twenty-two cases of laparoscopic surgery were successfully performed and four were converted to open surgery.The operation time was 70 - 150 min（mean 100 min）.Intra-operative blood loss was 20 - 160 ml（mean 60 ml）.Post-operative hospital stay was 5 - 10 days（mean 7.8 days）.Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal tumors has the advantages of less trauma and blood loss,fewer complications,quicker recovery and shorter hospital stay and has become the gold standard of adrenal tumor operation.
