重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合他扎罗汀治疗扁平疣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合他扎罗汀治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法采用单盲随机、平行对照的试验方法,将90例患者分为试验组与对照组,每组45例患者,试验组白天使用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶两次、晚上用他扎罗汀一次,涂抹于患处,对照组每晚一次涂抹他扎罗汀于患处,连续治疗4周后观察两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治愈率是87.5%,对照组的治愈率是57.5%,两组的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶联合他扎罗汀治疗扁平疣的临床效果显著,不良反应少,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel combined with tazarotene in the treatment of fiat warts. Methods Single- blind, randomized , parallel - controlled trial methods, 90 patients were divided into experimental group and control group, 45 patients in each group, the experimental group during the day use of recombinant human interferon α-2b gel twice and in the evening with his Catanzaro Ting once , applied to the ffected area. At the same time, the control group night time painting tazarotene in the affected area only once, the curative effects were observed after 4 weeks of continuous treatment. Results The cure rate of the experimental group is 87.5%, and the control group was 57. 5%, the difference in the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical effect which recombinant human interferon a-2b gel combined with tazarotene treatment flat wart is significant, and lack of adverse reactions, it is worth the application.
