摘　　要：目的探讨双鼻腔填塞术后患者,佩戴小口罩对口腔、咽喉部舒适度的影响。方法选择2011年2—5月住院的140例鼻部手术双鼻堵塞患者。随机分为实验组70例和对照组70例,对照组使用常规的护理方法,实验组于术后第2天使用自制的纱布小口罩进行呼吸道加湿,观察两组患者术后呼吸道的舒适度及术后并发症。结果实验组与对照组的比较,患者通气道的舒适度及并发症的发生率有显著差异。结论鼻部术后双鼻腔堵塞患者使用小口罩,患者通气道的干燥程度明显减轻,舒适度得到了明显提高,没有1例并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of patients with double postoperative nasal packing who wearing small masks on oral and pharyngeal comfort level.Methods We chose 140 patients of nasal operation with double nasal blockage from February to May of 2011.For these patients,we divided them into two groups randomly,the experimental group with70 cases and the control group with 70 cases.The control group used conventional nursing methods and the experimental group used the self-made gauze masks to airways humidification after the next day,we observed the postoperative respiratory comfort and postoperative complications with these 2 groups of patients.Results Compared the experimental group with the control group,the patients airway comfort and the incidence of complications had significant difference.Conclusions The patients with nasal blockage after nasal surgery who used small masks have reduced drying level significantly and improved comfort level greatly,with no cases of complications happening.
