摘  要:目的 探讨“魅力5S”服务在精神科优质护理服务中的应用效果.方法 将2012年1-10月收治的精神病患者116例随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,观察组采用“魅力5S”服务,对照组采用优质护理服务;对两组患者的基础护理质量评分、患者对护理工作满意度、健康教育知识掌握情况、护理不良事件发生情况进行对比分析.结果 护理工作质量有了大幅提高,观察组基础护理质量评分(97.71±1.30)分,对照组(92.41 ±2.48)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.408,P<0.01).观察组护理满意度、健康教育知识掌握及不良事件发生情况均优于对照组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(x2分别为5.949,14.294,4.394;P<0.05).结论 “魅力5S”服务法可有效提高临床护理质量和护理工作满意度,对于完善和践行优质护理服务有积极的意义.Objective To study the effect of "Glamour 5 s" service on psychiatric high quality nursing service.Methods Totals of 116 cases were selected in our department of psychiatric patients from January to October in 2012,and were randomly divided into study group (n =58) and control group (n =58).The study group received "Glamour 5 s" service,while the control group received high quality nursing service.The complications of serving,the basis of the quality of care score,the patients' satisfaction,mastery of knowledge of health education were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Since the implementation of "Glamour 5 s" service,nursing quality had been improved significantly,the basis of the quality of care score of study group were higher than that of control group [(97.71 ± 1.30) vs (92.41 ± 2.48),t =14.408,P < 0.01].The patients,satisfaction with nursing care,the mastery of knowledge of health education and safety of risk events showed statistical differences (x2 =5.949,14.294,4.394,respectively; P < 0.05).Conclusions "Glamour 5 s" service can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality and the patients' satisfaction,for refining and practicing high quality nursing service have positive significance.
