摘 要:目的探讨质量管理工具在病人术后镇痛管理中的应用价值。方法采用计划、执行、检查、处理(PDCA)循环、调查表、鱼骨图、分层法、排列图、分类统计、对策表等管理工具,寻找术后镇痛管理中存在的问题并进行持续质量改进。结果应用质量管理工具6个月,术后镇痛效果明显改善,共找到8个相关问题,经过PDCA循环解决5个,还有3个问题有待进一步改进。结论质量管理工具应用到术后镇痛管理中,能及时有效发现并解决问题,提高镇痛效果及病人满意度。Objective To assess the value of applying quality control tools in post-operative pain management. Methods By employing quality control tools--PDCA cycle (Plan, Do, Check and Action), investigative form, fishbone diagram (cause effect diagram), data stratification, Pareto diagram, classified statistics, countermeasure table--to find out the problems existed in postsurgical pain management and improve them. Results In the 6-month utilization of the tools, the efficacy of postsurgical an- algesia improved significantly. A total of eight correlated problems were found, of which, five were settled, and three remained to be solved. Conclusion The application of quality control tools in postoperative pain management can promptly and effectively find and solve some problems, raise the effect of pain-relieving and patient satisfaction.
