糖尿病视网膜病变病人血清sVE-cadherin浓度变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)病人血清可溶性血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(sVE-cadherin)浓度变化及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法,检测了68例DR病人、74例非DR(NDR)病人和61例健康查体者(对照组)血清sVE-cadherin浓度。结果 DR、NDR病人血清sVE-cadherin浓度明显高于对照组(F=44.186,q=3.223、12.609,P<0.05、0.01),DR病人血清sVE-cadherin浓度明显高于NDR病人(q=9.918,P<0.01)。增殖型DR病人血清sVE-cadherin浓度明显高于非增殖型DR病人(t=3.095,P<0.01)。结论血清sVE-cadherin浓度升高与DR病变程度密切相关。Objective To explore the clinical significance of the changes of serum soluble vascular endothelial cadherin （VE-cadherin） concentration in patients with diabetic retinopathy （DR）. Methods By using enzyme-linked immunosobent assay （ELISA）, serum VE-cadherin was measured in 68 patients with DR, 74 patients with non-diabetic retinopathy （NDR） and 61 healthy controls. Results The levels of VE-cadherin in the patients with DR and NDR were higher than that in the controls （F=44.186;q=3.223,12.609;P〈0.05,0.01）, that in DR patients were higher than that in NDR （q=9.918,P〈0.01）, and that the patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy （PDR） were higher than that in non-PDR （NPDR） patients （t = 3.095, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The elevation of VE cadherin levels is closely associated with the degree of DR.
