摘 要:目的研究缓释型二氧化氯土壤消毒剂及其相关性能。方法采用理化分析和定量杀菌试验方法,对该二氧化氯消毒剂组方及其缓释性能和杀菌效果进行观察。结果随着二氧化氯消毒剂添加量的增加,杀菌效果和二氧化氯的释放速度明显增加。膨润土在消毒剂中所占的比例对消毒剂的杀菌效果和二氧化氯释放速度基本没有影响,选定膨润土在消毒剂中的配比为2∶1。在土壤中消毒剂的添加量为30 g/kg,亚氯酸钠、柠檬酸、膨润土的质量比为1∶3∶8时,二氧化氯的释放量能够达到试验的要求,对土壤中大肠杆菌杀灭率可达到99%以上。结论膨润土可以延缓二氧化氯释放速度,这种缓释型二氧化氯消毒剂加入到土壤中具有一定杀菌能力。Objective To study the extended release chlorine dioxide soil disinfectant and its related performance. Method The composition of chlorine dioxide disinfectant, its slow - release performance and disinfection effect were observed by using the physical and chemical analysis and the quantitative bactericidal test. Results With the increase of added amount of chlorine dioxide disinfectant, the bactericidal effect and the release rate of chlorine dioxide increased significantly. The proportion of bentonite had no obvious effect on bactericidal effect and chlorine dioxide release rate, so the ratio of bentonite was 2:1 in the disinfectant. When the soil disinfectant additive amount was 30. 00 g/kg and the mass ratio of sodium chlorite, citric acid and bentonite was 1 : 3: 8, the release amount of chlorine dioxide in this formulation could reach the requirements of the test. In real environment disinfection, the killing rate of bacterial in soil was above 99%. Conclusion The bentonite could delay chlorine dioxide release rate and the extendted release chlorin dioxide disinfectant had certain bactericidal capacity within soil.
