摘 要:目的探讨高压氧舱内空气消毒方法。方法采用自然沉降法采样和细菌培养方法,对空气清菌片和紫外线两种方法消毒高压氧舱内空气,以次氯酸钠消毒液擦拭进行物品消毒,检测高压氧舱内空气消毒的效果。结果空气清菌片熏蒸和紫外线灯照射均作用60 min,用浓度50 g/L的次氯酸钠消毒液擦拭作用10 min,均可使高压氧舱内空气中自然菌降低90%以上。结论两种方法均有效,但空气清菌片适宜于持续动态的预防性消毒。Objective To explore the air disinfection method of hyperbaric oxygen cabin. Method Natural sedimentation method and bacterial culture method were used to detect the disinfection effect of two methods of air.cleaning bacteria tablets and ultraviolet disinfection to hyperbaric oxygen cabin air, items with sodium hypochlorite disinfectant wiping disinfection. Result After the air cleaning bacteria tablets fumigation and ultraviolet lamp irradiation both for 60 min, and 50 g/L sodium hypochlorite disinfectant wipes for 10 min, natural bacteria in hyperbaric oxygen cabin air is reduced by more than 90%. Conclusion Two methods are effective, but air cleaning bacteria tablets is suitable for continuous dynamic preventive disinfection.
