我国FDI方式发展变化的原因与对策探讨

摘　　要：我国外商直接投资（以下简称FDI）近年来发展态势明显趋缓，并且投资方式、投资结构、投资比例、合同利用外资、实际利用外资等都在发生变化．文章对中外合资、中外合作（开发）、外商独资、外商收购等四种方式在我国的发展变化及原因进行了分析，提出了我国政府和企业应采取的相应对策．Foreign direct investment (shortened as: FDI) in China has obviously slowed down in recent yeare. Changes have taken in the method, construction, proportion, contractual and actuel use of foreign investment etc. This paperr puts forward some appropriate strategies that Chinese government and enterprises should take through analyzing the development of joint ventures, jointly operated enterprises, solely foreign funded enterprises and foreign purchase.
