摘　　要：建立集中统一的债券市场监管体系已成为各方共识。本文系统地研究和分析了美国债券市场的监管体系和制度特征,并就我国统一的债券市场监管设计提出了若干思路。To establish a centralized and unified supervision system of bond market has become a consensus of all parties.This paper system atically studies and analyzes the regulation system and the system features of the bond market in the United States,and puts forward some ideas on the supervision design of bond market in China.
