摘 要:以乙腈为溶剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为功能单体,采用沉淀聚合法合成了聚(二乙烯基苯-co-甲基丙烯酸丁酯)[P(DVB-co-BMA)]微球.傅立叶变换红外吸收光谱(FT-IR)表征表明沉淀聚合过程中交联剂与功能单体实现了共聚,扫描电子显微分析(SEM)表明制备的微球表面无孔且粒径单分散分布.以芳香烃为探针分子,采用反相液相色谱模式考察微球的色谱性能,色谱结果表明4种溶质获得了较好分离,采用沉淀聚合法制备微球用作液相色谱固定相具有较高的柱效.Poly( divinylbenzene-co-butyl methacrylate) microspheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization with acetonitrile as solvent, divinylbenzene as crosslinker and butyl methacrylate (BMA) as functional monomer, respectively. FT-IR and SEM were applied to characterize the microspheres, and the results showed that functional monomer copolymerized with crosslinker during the pre- cipitation polymerization process and the monodisperse-sized micropheres were nonporous. The chromatographic performance of the microspheres was evaluated by reversed-phase liquid chromatography mode, the results showed that aromatic hydrocarbons can be separated adequately, which indicated that the stationary phase based on the mierospheres prepared by precipitation polymerization had high column efficiency.
