摘  要:采用悬空气培养法,通过保留根边缘细胞和去除根边缘细胞2种处理方法,研究了在土荆芥挥发油作用下根边缘细胞对豌豆根尖的保护效应.结果表明,土荆芥挥发油抑制了豌豆幼根的生长,在去除根边缘细胞的情况下这种抑制效应更加明显;与对照相比,根尖丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧岐化酶(SOD)活性明显增加,过氧化物酶(POD)活性和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性明显下降.这些结果与挥发油剂量呈正相关.去除根边缘细胞的根尖与保留根边缘细胞的根尖相比,MDA含量较高,SOD活性较低,POD活性和CAT活性下降幅度更大.上述结果说明,根边缘细胞对根尖具有一定的保护效应.Using aeroponic culture, protective effect of root border cells on pea root tips with root border cells or without root border ceils under volatile oil from Chenopodium ambrosioideb stress was studied. The results showed that root growth was inhibited with increasing volatile oil doses, and the absence of root border cells resulted in more evident inhibition effect. Along with volatile oil doses increased, malondialdehyde(MDA) contents and superoxidedismutase(SOD) activities increased, while peroxidase(POD) and cata- lase(CAT) activities decreased. Compared with the root tips with root border ceils, removal of root border ceils from the roots resulted in higher malondialdehyde contents, lower superoxidedismutase, peroxidase and catalase activities in the root tips. These results suggested that root border ceils had protective effect on pea root tips.
