凡纳对虾crustin 1抗菌肽基因的克隆与性质研究

摘　　要：以凡纳对虾crustin 1抗菌肽基因作为研究对象,对基因的序列结构进行了扩增和研究;并且,将该基因的氨基酸序列与其他对虾的crustin类抗菌肽的氨基酸序列进行了序列同源性以及亲缘关系分析.同时,对Lva-crustin 1的分子结构进行了预测,理论结果将为进一步研究该基因的功能奠定基础.In this paper, taking the Litopenaeus vannamei cruztin 1 gene as the object, the gene sequence was cloned and researched. The amino acids sequence homology and phylogenetic relationships between Lva-crustin 1 and other shrimps crustin molecules were analyzed. Meanwhile, the molecular structure prediction of Lva-crustin 1 was studied in detail These theoretical results will lay the foundation for the further research for the gene function.
