摘 要:目的探讨末节断指再植的临床疗效。方法2003年11月-2012年8月采用超显微外科技术吻合动静脉或仅吻合动脉、指尖放血的方法,进行YamanoⅠ~Ⅲ区断指再植60例72指。其中Ⅰ区18指,Ⅱ区22指,Ⅲ区32指。结果再植断指成活69指,成活率95.8%,按中华手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优50指,良16指,差3指,两点辨别觉4-6mm。结论显微外科或超显微外科技术是末节断指再植成功的关键。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of finger tip replantation. Methods From November 2003 to August 2012, we used a super-microsurgical technique for anastomosising artery, vein or only anastomosis artery and fingertips bled, to replanted finger 60 cases 72 fingers in Yamano Ⅰ - Ⅲ, zone Ⅰ 18 fingers, zone Ⅱ22 fingers, zone Ⅲ32 fingers. Results The 69 replanted fingers survival. The survival rate was 95.8%. According to the functional evaluation criteria formulated by Chinese Hand Surgery Society, results were excellent in 50 cases, good in 16 cases, and poor in 3 cases. The 2-point discrimination was 4-6 mm. Conclusion Microsurgical or super microsurgical technique is the key to replant success of distal phalanx severed finger.
