摘　　要：目的总结双侧指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端缺损的临床疗效。方法2010年12月-2012年8月，采用双侧指动脉顺行岛状皮瓣修复指端软组织缺损13例，面积最大为22mm×25mm，最小为12mm×18mm。结果13例皮瓣全部成活，伤口愈合良好。术后随访3-12个月，皮瓣外形满意、质地柔软、弹性良好．两点辨别觉达6～8mm，手功能TAM法评定：优12例，良1例，优良率100％。结论该手术方法操作简便、安全，术后效果满意，是修复指端缺损较为理想的方法。Objective To summarize the curative effect of using bilateral anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger to repair finger tip defect. Methods During the period of December 2010 to August 2012, 13 cases of finger tip lossing with the defect area ranged from 12 mm×18 mm to 22 mm×25 mm were treated with bilateral antegrade digital artery island flaps. Results All the flaps survived completely, The postoperative follow-up period ranged from 3 to 12 months. The appearance, texture and elasticity were satisfactory. The mean static two-point discrimination was 6-8 mm. According to the TAM standard, the results were excellent in 12 cases, good in i cases, the excellent and good rate was 100%. Conclusion It is an ideal method for reconstruction of finger tip defect by using bilateral anterograde digital artery island flap from the same finger, with its simple technique, satisfactory results.
