金属丝网波纹填料的性能研究

摘　　要：分别对BX型、1 70 0X型金属丝网波纹填料进行流体力学性能和分离性能测试。结果表明 ,2种填料的分离能力均较高 ,BX型填料通过能力大 ,操作范围宽 ,1 70The characters of fluid dynamics and separating power of two types of ripple screen packing,BX packing and 1700X packing,were tested by a distillation column.The result showed that these two packings had higher separating power,the BX packing could be easily manipulated and passed,and the 1700X packing could only be used at lower load condition.
