从“残废”到“障碍”:称谓的演变对残疾人社会工作的影响

摘　　要：一定程度上,对"残疾人"的称谓,从"残废"、"残疾"、"残障"再到"障碍",其实都是"他称",是污名化和贴标签的过程。有较强话语权的"他者"如政府、社团组织、公众等,对残疾人称谓的演变过程、称谓折射的价值观与认知、称谓的演变对残疾人社会工作的影响比较明显。文章建议将传统的"残疾人社会工作"的称谓改为"身心障碍者社会工作"。,这一称谓改变体现了价值理念更加人性化,进而影响到社会工作实务的开展。From'cripple'to'disability'and then to'dysfunction',the development of appellation on the disabilities is a progress of stigmatization.The development of appellation on the disabilities has reflected the cognition,values of the government and the public,and even affected the social service and social worker.
