影响抗争成效的内因初探:对三个底层维权组织的考察和分析

摘　　要：当前,学界研究者主要从抗争策略与维权过程中所遭遇的各种制约出发,分析影响底层抗争成效的因素,但对于抗争者或抗争组织自身而言,这些因素均属外因的范畴。事实表明,影响底层抗争成效的原因除了外因之外,还包括若干体现抗争者或者抗争组织内在状态的因子。本文通过对H市"城中村"改造中草根维权组织的长期观察发现,在外因大体相同的情况下,导致抗争效果显著不同的诱因在于抗争组织的内部差异。以A、B、C三个组织的运作过程和效果比较为基础,笔者认为,影响底层抗争成效的内在因素主要包括:草根民众对维权抗争的认同基础、维权骨干的对群众的引导能力、主要成员之间的团结程度及其代表群众实施维权的技能高低等四个方面。currently,when analysis the efficiency of resistance of the underclass,researchers are mainly pay attention on either the resistance strategy,or constraint factors whitch the activists facing.but to activists or their organization as well,all these factors are belong to external causes.Moreover facts have proved that,except the external causes,the cause whitch may effect the efficiency of the resistance should include some internal cause.Based on long-term observation on grassroots activists durning the transformation of'village in city'in H city,the authors found that it was internal differences whitch effect The efficiency of resistance remarkably,by comparison the operation process of underclass organization A,B and C,The author thinks,internal cause whitch may effect the efficiency of underclass are performance in four aspects: sense of identity in the crowd,the leadership of their heads,the unity among their main representative and the actual strength or skill of those people as well.
