摘　　要：硫酸装置化工投料试车前为给催化剂升温要设置预热炉、预热器或电炉,其投资大、利用率低。介绍300kt/a硫磺制酸装置不设预热炉、预热器的催化剂升温流程,升温前必须具备的条件,升温方法和注意事项。指出该技术是先进适用的,值得推广。In order to heat catalysts before commissioning,a pre-heater or an electrical furnace is usually needed in the sul-furic acid plant,but its investment is large while its utilization ratio is low. The author of the article describes the catalyst heating process in the absence of a preheater in the 300 kt/a sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant, necessary conditions before heating catalysts, and the heating methods and attention-worthy issues, and states that the process is advanced, practicable and worth wide application.
