摘　　要：针对PF-55翻盘真空过滤机运行中出现的转盘被腐蚀、不锈钢滤板产生裂纹、滤盘大端连接板焊缝开裂等问题,分析了故障发生的原因,并提出技改措施。运行证实这些措施是行之有效的,满足了湿法磷酸装置挖潜、增产、增效的要求。In order to address operation problems of the PF- 55 tilted-pan vacuum filters,including corrosion of tilted pan, crack of stainless steel filter plate,disjoint of weld seam of the connection plate at the larger end of the filter pan,the author analysis the causes of failures and proposes improvement measures. Operation practice demonstrates that these measures are effective and meet requirements for wet-process phosphoric acid plants to tap the potential, to increase production volume and to improve effects.
