络筒机电子清纱器对故障细纱纱锭的跟踪应用技术

摘　　要：目前大多数纺织企业在络筒车间配备了带有电子清纱器的全自动络筒机,从而实现了有效控制纱疵。文中以自动络筒机上常见的一种电子清纱器为例,以其在络筒机上的技术应用为基础,重点分析了如何利用电清对细纱机有缺陷锭位进行跟踪,并探讨了纱疵质量管理的新思路,以期对纺织企业在控制质量成本,提高效益方面起到参考作用。Currently, most textile companies have already equipped automatic winding with electronic yam clearer in the winding workshop, lead to effective control on yam faults. This paper takes a kind of electronic yam clearer which is common used on automatic winding as example. It emphatically analyzes how to trace fault yam spindle situation and discusses new ideas for yam defect quality management on the basis of its fundamental application, with the hope of helping textile companies to control quality costs,and increase economic efficiency.
