摘　　要：应用浮取和沉取法诊寸口脉,辨别其寸、关、尺三部表里浮沉脉的强弱,结合寸口脉分属脏腑经脉的理论,判断十四经脉的虚实。病人寸口脉中寸、关、尺三部表里浮沉脉的强弱多数不一致,寸、关、尺三部表里浮沉脉的强弱能判断十四经脉的虚实,从而指导针灸医生进行经脉脏腑辨证。Take the Cunkao pulse with floating way and deep way,to discriminate the strength of Cun,Guan,Chi pulse on superficial layer and deep layer,combined with the theory of Zangfu and meridian＇s position on Cun,Guan,Chi,to diagnose the deficiency and excess of fourteen meridians.In most cases,patient＇s Cun,Guan,Chi pulse of Cunkao are different on superficial layer and deep layer.You can diagnose the deficiency and excess of fourteen meridians according to the strength of Cun,Guan,Chi pulse on superficial layer and deep layer and guide acupuncturist to make differentiation of meridian and Zangfu.
