摘　　要：为了完善猪精液常温保存技术的理论,提高保存效果,试验分析了稀释液中的主要成分,即营养成分、缓冲剂、离子浓度、抗氧化成分、精子膜保护成分、其他保护成分、抗菌药物对精子的保护作用。结果表明:葡萄糖既能为精子提供能量,又能维持稀释液的渗透压,在大多数配方中使用。在稀释液中添加缓冲剂能控制精液pH值。精子在生存过程中需要一些离子的参与。精子在正常的呼吸代谢中会产生活性氧族(ROS),但浓度过高时会使精子膜上的磷脂发生过氧化反应,此时可在稀释液中添加谷胱甘肽(GSH)。In order to improve the theory of preservation technology for swine semen stored at room temperature, thereby effectively improving the effects of preservation, the protection effects of main ingredients of the diluent on sperm, including nutritional ingredient, buffers, ion concentration, antioxidant ingredient, protection ingredient for sperm membrane and so on, were analyzed in the experiment. The results showed that glucose not only provided energy for the sperm, but also maintained the osmotic pressure of the diluent, which could be used in most practical formulation. Buffer added could control the pH value of semen in the diluent. Several ＇ions were used as required to involve sperm survival process. Sperm could produce reactive oxygen species （ROS） in normal respiration, but the high concentration of the diluent made sperm membrane phospholipids occur oxidation reaction, glutathione（GSH） should be added in the diluent at this time.
